Lucas Learns to Walk!

Just days before turning 14-months-old  Lucas decided to suddenly walk. No real "first step" or even "steps." Just suddenly walking! We had invited a friend over for a playdate that morning and were visiting all together. Lucas was cruising along the walls and smiling at himself in the mirror, and then all of the sudden he let go of the wall and started walking towards the play tent. I was so surprised but was ready with my camera for the next time he tried it again a few minutes later! :)

The next day he was working on standing up, and then standing up with a toy, and suddenly he wanted to try walking with a toy and I nearly died from a panic attack over his safety! ;) With each day he has been getting more and more confident and we are so proud of our little baby becoming a little toddler!
